what to expect
First steps
We get started with an email. Send me an email or fill out my contact form on this website to let me know you’re interested in working with me.
I’ll respond within a day or two to set up a time for a (free) consult call if you have questions for me before getting started.
If things feel good for both of us, we’ll schedule a first appointment on the consult call or via email.
We’ll work together as long or as short as we need to reach our goals. Long-term scheduling is flexible to match your needs, pace, and other logistical considerations.
logistics
Sessions are held virtually over video call. I’m not currently seeing clients in person.
At each session, we’ll talk, process, feel, and work together for 50-60 minutes. What we do exactly in sessions will depend on your specific goals for therapy, which we’ll discuss a bit in the consult call and will feel very clear after the first few sessions.
After and between sessions, I’ll leave you with something to focus on, practice, or try at home so your learning and growth can have a real impact on your life.
